This can be anything from trying a new video marketing strategy, to bringing a client Ginger Ale when they’re sick. (True story!)
We’re available by call, text, email, Facebook, you name it! And we respond quickly. (FYI – Our Facebook message response rate averages less than a minute.)
We strive to anticipate your needs before you even have to ask. For example: every Monday we send our sellers a recap of what happened with their home the week prior. This includes Open House activity/feedback, how many people viewed their listing, activity from ads we ran and what we plan to do the next week. And, if there’s a problem, we want to hear about it so that we can do everything in our power to make it right.
