In a recent article by Dave Ramsey, a home seller asked whether to sell his house ‘For Sale by Owner’ or with a Realtor. Dave did all of us a favor by explaining why everyone should use a Realtor to sell their home. It really is amazing to see all of the marketing that can be done by a home owner now and it’s great having home owners as ‘partners’ that want to actively help you sell their home.
