When I work with developers I some times wonder how hands on are the agents and the builder? Do the communicate well with each other? Do they understand the needs of the client that is coming through?

Here are some pictures from our last meeting that we have every Tuesday morning. They are not staged and team didn’t even know I was going to be taking a picture tell I pushed the button. What I think it shows is how involved the process of building Celadon is. There is no time to think we have something amazing and cool here it all about how to we grow a community based on what people want and hope they want to live. Can we use locate resources, materials and build in a new way that always for better land use.

I think when you stop for a minute and realize we talked for 30 min about the kids park and what makes our kids happy and should we have swings, tettor totter and swings and were they should go you relive this is different and feel forcinate to participate.

We hope that these meeting every Tuesday effect all of our home owners and future home owners in a positive way and they can see our passion for building a community.
