Hanna Partlo | Hanna is a recent graduate of Grand Valley State University. She has the best of both worlds as a dual Administrative Assistant/Agent with the group which allows her to utilize both her degrees. In her professional and personal life Hanna embraces the Golden Rule as much as possible allowing her to form strong, meaningful client relations. Don’t let the heels fool you, she will always be a nature girl at heart.
Erin Graham | Erin has seven years of Real Estate experience and is teaming up with Steve so she can spend more time with her family. She runs the accounting and finances of the office along with assisting in pending deals and some client communications.
Trish Boros | Trish brings many years of real estate administrative experience and lots of enthusiasm to the group. She is very familiar with the fast paced, “every day is different” environment, and looks forward to being part of an innovative, progressive team. On a personal note, Trish has a wonderful husband of 30 years, three grown children and two grandchildren. When not working, Trish can be found sailing on Lake Michigan with her husband and little buddy, Nautica the Westie, spending time with family, or reading a good book.
Kelli Dykstra | Kelli joined Bill’s team in September 2009. She’s responsible for maintaining the website, and promoting Bill and his listed properties through social outlets. Kelli graduated from Cornerstone University with a degree in communications and marketing, while working as a marketing assistant in the real estate industry. She is mom to two young, highly energetic boys and wife to a husband who makes her laugh. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, baking, visiting Fredrick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, and drinking coffee.
Jeremy Mullens | Jeremy is a graduate from Kendall College of Art and Design and has extensive background in visual communications. He has worked in marketing Real Estate for 6 years. His creative thought process and “yearn to learn” helps navigate the Steve Volkers Group into new areas. He has been married to his wife, Liz for 6 years and they have a gorgeous daughter together, Evie. He is constantly trying to bring awareness of the disease Cystic Fibrosis in which his daughter was diagnosed at birth.
