New Construction homes are still selling. I have had a number of clients ask about new construction over the last couple of weeks. Recently, it has become more affordable to buy new and then you don’t have to worry about any maintenance for a couple years. With the hustle and bustle of life these days, sometimes a new construction home can offer peace of mind and a lot less work for the homeowner.
